A Growing Muscle Champ
This Romanian guy is a muscle puppy. He's just starting on his road to become in muscle man. But, that being said, he's got a nice set of abdominal muscles and some serious shoulders. Really. Those things are massive. His arms ain't bad neither. Can't wait to see this guy's muscle grow into proportion to his height. Yeah. Massive.

Synthol Man
This is an advertising video for a Russian synthol company. I don't condone using synthol. It isn't good for your body, is potentially dangerous and smacks of cheating to get big. Not to mention it's size without strength.
On the other hand, the before and after is totally hot! I'm such a muscle queen.

Muscle Twins
I know that for many men the idea of twins is exciting. The idea of muscle twins is even more exciting. I never quite got it, frankly. But then I saw this short video featuring the brothers Sean and Harold Messina.
Holy man. Those are some muscular brothers. And I like that one of them is more muscular than the other, too. It provides a kind of instant "before and after", where even the before is pretty damn good. I hope these two keep up the training. They clearly have the genetics for muscular hotness.
UPDATE: as is clear from the video, they aren't actually twins. The brother on the left is 3 years younger than the brother on the right. But they could be twins, they look so much alike.

Lorenzo's Progress, Miscellaneous Shots
Just because he has been so successful in transforming his body from skinny boy to undeniable muscle god, and taken some great photos along the way. Here are some more pictures of his progress.
Lorenzo at 14.
After a little training and some growth, he shows off in class. Alpha!
Look at that arm! He's 15 for goodness sake!
Not much longer after that he's got serious muscles and can humiliate others just by flexing. Alpha!
I can't even imagine having such a gorgeous and muscular physique as a teenager. Look at that chest.
And a couple years later, here he is with the arms of a total muscle god. Still a teen.
And this is how you build those godly muscles: by lifting with diligence and determination. My God, those arms are just phenomenal. And the chest is powerful.
Oh, yes. the chest is powerful. And so ends my tribute to Lorenzo Becker. A teenaged muscle god. An Alpha Male. And completely worshipworthy!

Lorenzo's Progress, Part 3
Again a recap. He has built himself up from this:
Skinny boy...
To this:
Beyond a muscular young man. He has built himself into a serious bodybuilder. Over 70 additional pounds over 2 or 3 years.
But wait! There's more!
I love this picture! Look at those shoulders! Those traps! Those biceps! This guy's got it all going on.
Are you kidding me? Lorenzo is more than just a kid that bodybuilds. He is a serious bodybuilder. This physique...I think he was 17 at the time...is world class. And now he is truly worshipworthy!
OMG.
That is all.
Love the smile!
He KNOWS he's a muscle god now.
Look out world.
Oh, yes.
Lorenzo IS a Superman now. The logo says it all. Not that the huge chest and gargantuan guns don't speak for themselves.
Muscle.
God.
Yes, sir, what ever you want!
5 years, over 100 pounds of muscle packed onto his frame. Lorenzo is a true Alpha Male, and completely worshipworthy!

Lorenzo's Progress, Part 2
Let's recap. In just 2 or three years, Lorenzo Becker when from this:
Skinny kid...
To this:
Muscular young man!
But he wasn't done.
Now THAT is a bodybuilder's arm! In a matter of months he went from the picture above to this. That is some progress!
Shortly after the picture above. When he posted this picture he said he weighed 205 pounds. Did I mention that when he started he was 135 pounds? 70 pounds of muscle looks GREAT on Lorenzo. And you've got to love the dominant double biceps pose.
And now he is officially a muscle god. A young muscle god, but seriously. Look at the size of this beast!
In the gym.
Dedication.
Diligence.
Muscle.
Growth.
More?

Lorenzo's Progress
I admit that I have been following Lorenzo Becker's progress almost since he first started posting pictures and videos of himself 5 years ago. Let's take a trip down memory lane.
Here he is at 14. Looks like your average skinny boy. I didn't even think he had the genetics to get big.
Here he is a little while later. You can see the change in his body. He's got the start on some arms and his chest is looking good. But a bodybuilder?
Not much after the previous photo and you have to think that maybe this kid does have some genetics for bodybuilding. Good arms. Good shoulders. Nice chest, lean abs...and a good sense of how to pose to his best advantage.
Oh, my. Lorenzo can flex! Nice arms! And he's what? 15 or 16? Yes. He does have the genetics for some bodybuilding. How far can he go?
A more artistic pose. Great arms, dude! Nice chest. Strong abs.
Similar pose to the one we started with, but maybe 2 or 3 years later. What a difference diligent and dedicated workouts can make! No longer a skinny boy, Lorenzo is a muscular young man. But is he satisfied? Wait for the next post!

Lee Priest Progression
Lee Priest at 12:
He's got a great start. But he's a bit all shoulders and abs at this point.
Lee Priest at 13:
He's made some progress. Arms are bigger, better lats, legs starting to show some definition.
Lee Priest at 14:
Holy cow! What a jump in gains between 13 and 14...though this is probably late in his 14th year. In off season condition, he's developing serious mass. He looks better than most 17 to 19 year old bodybuilders at only 14.
Lee Priest at 15:
Okay, now this is a seasoned bodybuilder and he's only 15. The quality of his muscle is extraordinary. He's developed serious arms, pecs and shoulders. His abs are ripped. His legs still need work.
Lee Priest at 16:
Really? Only a year later? His legs are making progress now. His torso is just sick. He's just old enough to drive and his guns put much older bodybuilders to shame. And look at those lats!
Lee Priest at 17:
Holy smokes, this guy is unreal. His legs have very nearly caught up with his torso. His arms and shoulders look like they belong on a guy 5 or 6 years older. You could probably grate cheese on the cuts in his pecs.
Lee Priest at 18:
Okay. At 18 we can finally see how short he is, probably 5'-3" or 5'-4" tall. But his physique is that of an adult bodybuilder. If you block out his face, he looks like a competitor in his late 20's or early 30's. He's a brute.
Lee Priest at 21 (first pro appearance):
Sorry. I was wrong. NOW he's a brute. At 21, his first professional competition in the US, Lee Priest is a monster of muscle. Freaking TINY waist, astonishing V-taper, arms of a god. Yeah. Entirely worshipworthy.

Lee Priest in 2010
This is the muscle god we've come to know. Staggering amount of muscle packed onto his 5'-3" frame. And seeing that he's been a muscle stud since he was 14...and even earlier...there's no doubt about his dedication to bodybuilding.
Wish I could apply his stage tan!

Lee Priest at 19
Yikes! Look at him! Only 19. He had both incredible size and great symmetry.
Makes my knees weak.

Lee Priest at 18
Not sure about the color here...is he really painted gold? or is that the lighting?
Who cares?! Look at that physique!
I think he was about 18 here, based on the video of him at 19 that I'll post next....

Lee Priest at 14
OMG.
That's about all I can say. He had at 14 the kind of body most bodybuilders don't have until they're in their early 20's. You can see the roots of his muscle godliness here.

What A Difference A Year Makes
I love to see musclemen develop over time. Here is an example of the same competitor a year apart:
In 2010: (For some reason, the ability to embed this video has been disabled, but it's worth watching)
http://youtu.be/OuPqUDqzIIM
This guy was competing in the "under 70kg" class, which means that he weighed somewhere south of 154 pounds. I think you'll agree that he isn't really in "competition condition" here. But I love the bulk and mass of his physique. His arms are just sick. Definitely worship worthy in my book.
A year later, in 2011:
Same guy, a year later, competing in the "under 60kg" class, which means he weighed somewhere south of 132 pounds! He is ripped to shreds and looking huge. Weighing about 20 pounds less than the previous year, he looks amazing. He may be like 13% lighter, but he is 100% more incredible. His arms are still super sick. I love the pose at about the :54 mark. Even more worship worthy than the previous year!

What A Difference 6 Years Can Make
Lee Priest at 14 years of age:
Lee Priest at 20 years of age:
I'm sure there's been some puberty happening...and maybe some steroids. But quite a difference 6 years of hard training can make.

A Before + After
Do you recognize this youth? A mere three years ago, this was a fine and fit, Lorenzo. 14 years old and yearning to pack on some muscle. Well, he worked hard. Man, did he work hard between this picture when he weighed somewhere around 127 pounds....
...and THIS picture, where he weighs about 215 pounds, the young man has in 3 years time packed on a phenomenal 88 pounds!

I am a statistical fetishist, so pardon me for a minute while I swoon over the thought of a nearly 70% gain in weight in pure muscle.

I believe the young muscle beast is about 5'-7" tall, which means he's packing 3.2 pounds per inch of height. When he started all this, he only weighed 1.89 pounds per inch of height. At his current height/weight, he is comparable, quite favorably, with most fitness models and many amateur and professional bodybuilders. For instance, Ron Teufel, won several bodybuilding competitions at 5'-6" and 185 pounds at only 2.8 pounds per inch of height
And just because I can, I'd wager that Lorenzo's fore arms are now bigger than his biceps were 3 years ago.
This young man is to be admired for his dedication and accomplishments in the gym.

Before and After
I love this "before and after" shot. Do any of you remember this guy? I always loved his look and the way he spent so much time on his arms.

It takes a lot of dedication to go from a skinny guy to a muscle hunk!

And that dedication really paid off.

I love that his arms are more developed than his chest. I really do. I think this guy is so hot. I found these on the net today when I was noodling around looking for other things. But I remember this guy from years ago. Does anybody else have pictures of him? I don't ever remember seeing pictures of him flexing. Can you imagine how big those biceps would be flexed?

Reality and Fiction
It really is odd, when reality comes to mirror a fantasy. It is exciting and disappointing and something else all together.
For years I’ve written muscle fantasies some posted, some not, about encountering an ex; an ex who has beefed up in the ensuing years apart, while in those same years the protagonist has stopped working out.
Not long ago I joined Facebook. I found some friends and neighbors were already on. And I found an ex. Well, not AN ex, but THE ex, the one for whom I’d fallen hard and who had broken my heart when he dumped me. During that relationship I had been bodybuilding and in terrific shape, upwards of 200 pounds with a 34 inch waist, 48 inch chest and nearly 18 inch arms. I was built and strong.
At the very end of that relationship, the ex, who wasn’t my ex at the time, had started to train seriously and made noticeable gains. That had been really hot. Memories of that have become fodder for some stories I’ve since written. Of course, right after he’d made enough gains to really turn me on, he dumped me. It wasn’t a pretty break up and I was crushed. About a year later I heard through friends, that he’d continued to work out and gotten “buff”.
It’s been years and I’ve had to stop training because of the damage bodybuilding had done to my shoulders, knees, back. And my body isn’t anywhere near as muscular as it once was, all the muscle tone gone and now carrying another 30 pounds or so of fat.
The ex has been posting pictures from his mobile phone from a vacation he’s taking in NYC. Oh, my goodness. He is lean and built. Not a bodybuilder, but built. His arms are stretching his sleeves. He’s got a pencil thick vein running down the top outer side of one of his lean biceps. Holding a glass, or even relaxed at his side, his arms are clearly bigger now than mine. In some shots I can see how developed his chest is and how trim his waist is.
It’s hot.
I’m kind of hoping that at some point he’ll post a shirtless picture, because his torso looks lean, but with size and his waist is comparatively small. Is that wrong of me?
Flipping through the photos he’s posted to his Facebook, I can see that he’s continued to train, and he was never really into bodybuilding as such, but his continued dedication to the gym has paid off. He is clearly a muscular man now. And in the pictures I also see that his new friends, all people I’ve never met, are hot, beefy muscular men who make him look small. These guys are big.
It’s like the set up to a story that I might have written. In fact, I did start writing it about 2 years ago. And I wrote another version about a year before that. Neither one is finished yet. But it makes me wonder, have any of my other stories come true? If I finished these stories, would reality continue to mirror what I’d written?
Wouldn’t that be a great premise?! A writer of muscle growth fiction finds that one of his stories, where he used his friends as models for the characters starts to come true. Now that would be hot.

more takeru kobayashi

this guy just keeps getting better! and we finally get a good flexing shot!
in picture 1, just get a look at how his pecs are spreading, pushing outward past those flimsy shirt straps.
in picture 2, he's looking really thick. this guy looks just plain big.
in picture 3, he's flexing with a group from his gym. he's not as big as they are, but is certainly giving the others a run for their muscular money.
in picture 4, i've cropped and enlarged his image from picture 3. woof! just look at the size of his gun! that vein! his chest!
is it my imagination, or does he actually look bigger than he did in the pictures from last month?
i believe he got a sponsorship deal with golds gym in japan and with a dietary supplement company. he's started hanging with some serious japanese bodybuilders. i wonder if...dream about...he's training for a bodybuilding competition? wouldn't that be hot. would love to see this guy stripped to his posers flexing those growing muscles.

before and after

I love before and after shots. They are so much fun. It's great to be able to compare the before him with the after him. His arms are like twice as big. His shoulders are like cannon balls. His neck is thicker. His chest and deeper. It's the same guy, but he's transformed. He's gone from cutie to muscle stud.
Progression shots, pictures taken at various stages as a guy gets progressively bigger and more muscular, are even better. It's like being able to see somebody transform from geek to god in front of your eyes.

Take for instance this guy, who's documented his growth with these pictures. Not only has his posing improved from first to last, but his body had transformed from positively gangly to out and out ripped muscle stud.
The transformation is just amazing in both cases. Being able to see both the starting point and the end point lets us appreciate the magnitude of the change. For me, muscles are that much more exciting when you consider that they actually grew. The bigger the guy is, the more his muscles had to grow to get to where he is. The guy used to be smaller. Now he's bigger. That's just sexy. Not only is he bigger, his muscles are firmer with better shape.
When the little guys are transformed into big and beefy muscle men, they've taken control of their bodies and made themselves into something they weren't before. They have literally made themselves, built their bodies, muscled up. That dedication and control combined with the change and their increased size and strength is very powerful. It's about the sexiest thing imaginable.
