show me the muscle

just lovin' this shot. look how tiny his waist is compared to his chest/lat spread. this guy is just a major stud. his muscle have nice "bellies" they're round and defined. you can practically feel the strength radiating out of this guy's physique.

a single biceps pose is a cocky, "check it out, i've got muscles" kind of statement. it's about showing what the muscle guy has and inviting comparison.

like these guys. you just know that they're buddies. both of 'em muscle men. the bigger guy is like, "check it out, whatchya got?" and the smaller guy is replying with his best effort. the bigger guy isn't trying to dominate, he's just engaged in some good natured showing off.

a double biceps pose is a dominant, "there is no doubt i'm the stud here" kind of statement. it's about humiliating the viewer and inspiring awe.

you don't even need to take your shirt off to get the desired effect. this kid is the big man on campus. he's got muscles to spare and he is in charge. it's a different kind of showing off. it is a statement of control. it doesn't invite comparison, it demands adoration.

I love all three pics! In the first one, I agree about his 'thickness'. It's almost palpable. The second pic is the best of the three. I love how they're both showing their stuff...confident and proud. That last pic is my dream. As an instructor, I'd love to see one of my students pull this in class.
