Robin Strand Trains Arms

This video is a little long.  I am not fond of listening to bodybuilders chatter on about training and stuff, so I watch these with the sound turned off.



Robin Strand has such a thick physique.  He's massive.  Love how huge his arms are getting.  Just kind of takes your breath away when he flexes!

Movie Muscle

I went to see the new Avengers movie.  I had no expectations.  It was bubblegum for the mind, I guess.  The best part, in my opinion, were the physiques of Chris Evens (Captain America) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor).  These guys have really made something of their bod's.  The worst part of the movie was that neither of these guys has a shirtless scene.  Their real muscle made the CGI Hulk muscle look kind of lame.  But maybe that's just me.  Hot young men with muscles!

In other muscle sighting news, I was at Costco last weekend and saw a guy who looked like one of the body part obsessed characters from my stories.  This guy, Asian, about 5'-10", maybe 175 pounds, would have been more or less unremarkable, except that his pecs were huge: broad, firm, forming a nice shelf without even flexing.  His shoulders rolled forward from the size of his pecs.  His shirt was sufficiently snug around his chest that I could see the outline of the shape of his pecs, including some significant cleavage.  His fore arms were really well defined and he had decent upper arms, but nothing that would suggest that his chest should be so big.  I wish guys like this would go shirtless, or at least wear tank tops!

Asian Welter Weight

Welterweight competitor from the 2012 Jahor Bodybuilding Competition.  This guy is a WELTERWEIGHT.  He weights 156 pounds.  Look out packed with muscle his frame is.  He's a monster.  But with that kind of physique at only 156 pounds, he is very short.  A mighty mouse!  Love it!

This is a guest posing performance by an off season Asian bodybuilder.  Man, do I love this guy's physique! Great size and proportion, just lean enough to show what he's got, not too lean.  Woof.

I've posted about this Thai bodybuilder before.  But a great body is always worth looking at again.  The commentary by his friend is all in Thai, so the sound won't be very illuminating.  But Kevin's body is great.

Here's another video of Robin Strand posing.  He's still off season, but starting to cut for competition.  He doesn't take off his shirt for nearly 54 seconds, so fly past all the chatter to see a damned impressive physique.  I just wish the lighting was better.

The brunette put up a good fight!  The blonde prevailed, however.  I put it down to technique.  The blonde had better position for a win.  But even though he lost, I like the brunettes body better.  Looking at his physique, it's hard to imagine him losing!

Robin Strand Having Fun

Robin Strand is a pretty successful teen bodybuilder.  In this video, he is off-season and in bulking mode and just kind of messing around with a friend for the camera.  The guy has some serious bulk on him.  I like the way he worships his own biceps when he's arm wrestling the other guy.  Just fun to watch.

This young man is only 17, but he is well on his way to a successful career in bodybuilding.  Just look at the size of him!  Granted this is off season, but still...so much quality muscle.

Does Anybody Else Remember Him?

Does anybody else remember the guy who posted to one of the muscle forums as "grtpecs"?

He was very good at photographing himself in the most flattering way. I thought his pecs were just luscious. I was so disappointed when he stopped posting. Hope he kept up his pec training!
