call me greedy
this guy has the MOST amazing pecs. they really are sPECtacular: full, massive, heavy. i love his look. his pecs must bounce when he jogs. they have their own weight and mass. god, they are luscious. but, call me greedy, i'd love it if they were even bigger! the rest of his torso is about perfect. but, oh, for 8 or 10 more pounds of muscle settled into his pecs! gigantic muscle tits! i would so love to see this guy with his chest morphed out to breast like proportions.

getting close to ideal
i've been scouting the net, looking for bodybuilder stats that aren't already in my data base. in my research i came across the stats for victor richards. he is truly a muscle freak in the very best sense of that expression.
at only 5'-10" tall, he "competes" at 340 pounds! [i have competes in quotes, because for years he refused to compete.] anyway, that puts him 40 pounds heavier than ronnie coleman! here are his stats:
height: 5'-10" [70 inches] tall
weight: 340 pounds
chest 68 inches [only 2 inches less than his height!]
waist: 34 inches
thighs: 37 inches
arms: 26 inches [those guns are as big as my thighs, literally]
calves: 24 inches.
fore arms: 21 inches [bigger than most bodybuilders' biceps]
the difference between his chest and his waist is 34 inches, meaning his chest is twice his waist dimension. he tops my list of most muscular bodybuilders at 4.86 pounds of weight per inch of height.
the guy is a glorious freak of nature. and he is scarily close to having the kind of stats that i've set out as my ideal. my heart goes pitter pat at the very thought of it.
by the way, i found an incomplete set of stats for ronnie coleman:
5'-11" tall, 300 pounds, 58 inch chest, 34 inch thighs and 24 inch arms. now he's a multiple mr. olympia. his would look puny next to victor richards! victor outweighs him by 40 pounds. victor's chest is 10 inches bigger, his thighs are 3 inches bigger and his biceps are 2 inches bigger...and he's shorter!
mind boggling!

my ideal?
this morph, by the artist known alternately as "matt" and "hsmuslboy", comes closest, i think, to capturing what my ideal fantasy man might be built like...at least from the waist up. if his quads were ballooning out, stretching that denim thin, then he'd be perfect!
this image is a good representation, too. those quads really do look like tree trunks. the calves could be bigger, but who's gonna quibble?

numbers
now that's a chest! it looks like it tapes 49 inches. i suspect, however, if the tape were repositioned so that it was level with the nipples, it might measure about 50 inches.
i've written about my interest in bodybuilder statistics before. but lets look at the chest number.
in my data base, by no means exhaustive, but with over 120 entries, the biggest chest size i have recorded is 70 inches. that's 5'-10" to you and me. who's chest could possibly by that large? sean allen's chest. he's 6'-4" and tips the scales off-season at over 350 pounds. i think that this chest size must also be off-season. an interesting statistic here: his chest measures 92% of his height!
the next biggest chest size i have recorded is bruce patterson: 58 inches. that is 4'-10" around. he's 5'-10" tall and weighs 270 pounds. again, i think these are off-season sizes. his waist is 32 inches. comparing his chest size to his height: his chest is 83% of his height.
the third largest chest in my data base belongs to the man, whose name escapes me at the moment, who has the biggest biceps in the world [27 inches around!]. his chest measures 56 inches and he tips the scales at 235 pounds. however, he is only 5'-6" tall. his waist is only 29 inches around [can you imagine biceps nearly as big as is waist!?]. comparing his chest size to his height: his chest is 85% of his height.
the top ten largest chests in my data base are all greater than 49 inches. the heights of these herculean men vary from 5'-3" at the low end [with a 53 inch chest] to sean allen's 6'-4". the drop, the difference between the chest size and the waist size varies from as small as 16-1/2 inches to sean allen's positively freaky 30 inches. i seem to remember that the average man has about a 6 or 8 inch drop. if your drop is 10 inches or better you are considered "athletic" by the fashion industry. their chest vary from 72% to 92% of their heights.
the second group of ten in my data base have chests that measure between 48 inches and 49 inches at heights varying between 5'-4" and 6'-1". the waists on these men vary between 28 inches and 34 inches and drops between 14 and 21. their chests vary from 63% to 75% of their heights.
if you look at all these numbers: height, chest size, waist size, drop and chest's percent of height, the man with the most impressive body, the most extreme chest is sean allen. i would like to get ronnie coleman's statistics to see how he compares, or ruhl's.
i don't know if it is possible, but i wonder if any bodybuilder has ever managed to build up his chest to equal or even exceed his height? wouldn't that be incredible!? i try to picture what a friend of mine would look like, his 5'-9" height matched by a 69 inch chest. even if his 34 inch waist thickened up to 36 inches, he'd have a 33 inch drop!
the ideal muscle man would, in my mind, have a chest equal to his height, arms aproaching his waist size, thighs bigger than his waist and calves equal to or larger than his arms. i haven't sorted my data base by waist size so i'm not sure how determine the "ideal" waist size. i have calculated the waist to height ratios for all these entries, but haven't sorted by that. The top 20 big chested men all have waists that vary between 38% of their height to 53%. given my preference for a big drop/tiny waist, i'm guessing the waist should be less than 40% of their height.
i like muscle men who are shorter than i am. so my ideal muscle man would be, for arguments sake, 3 inches shorter than me: 5'-6" tall [i'm 5'-9"]. this ideal fantasy man would stack up like this:
height: 5'-6" [66" tall]
chest: 66" [100% of his height]
waist: 26-1/2" [roughly 40% of his height]
thighs: 28" or more
arms: 24" or more
calves: 24" or more
can you imagine him? my guess is that he'd weigh between 250 and 275 pounds.
woof!

unexpected muscle
i like all kinds of muscle:
big, hulking, muscle monsters
lithe, lean and ripped muscle
over developed muscle group muscle
short muscle guys
and one i enjoy a lot: unexpected muscle, muscle on guys on whom you don't expect it. muscle can be unexpected for different reasons: youth, age, build, prior knowledge. there's nothing that'll take my breath away more than unexpected muscle. this kid, above, is a great example of unexpected muscle. you look at his face and figure because of his youth that he won't have muscles like that! his guns are way bigger than his years might suggest. first, is the surprise that a guy that young has muscles like that, then the speculation about just how strong he might be.
then there are guys like this one, who don't look like much with clothes on, but then they take off their shirts and they're built like brick walls; cobbled abs and ripped pecs that look like they belong on a bigger guy. the disjunction between the lack of size associated with muscle men and the defined, well formed and formidable muscle, evidence of strength, dedication and endurance that you just didn't suspect is terrifically hot.
another great example of unexpected muscle are guys whose muscle just seem to explode with size and power when they flex. i suspect that this guy, above, has a nice arm and a decent build when he's relaxed and unflexed. but when he flexes his biceps they explode with size, balling up into an honest to goodness baseball sized mound of hard muscle. it's massive and defined, a spectacular example of muscular form.
then, perhaps the best kind of unexpected muscle, is discovering muscle on people you know in some way but without muscle. i think this is why i enjoy celebrity muscle morphs. i'm familiar with the actor and know his body, or think i do and then, bam! the guy is huge! seeing skinny or even nicely built celebrities pumped up well into the realm of bodybuilder proportions or beyond is so exciting. they're always handsome, but handsome with muscle, is hotter. handsome with big, big muscle is even hotter.
when you have a friend who starts working out, then keeps at it over the months and years, you can constantly have those kind of unexpected muscle moments. in your memory, they will always have the build they had when you first met them. as their bodies lean out and grow with dense, hard muscle, every time you see them, it's like, damn! where'd all that beef come from? it's a momentary surprise, then you remember the training and the dedication and you know where it came from. but that flash of surprise is something you experience every time you see them. the bigger they get over the years, the greater that sense of surprise.
if you haven't seen the person in a long time, then the sense of surprise is heightened and prolonged. when you run into a friend from high school or college years later and find they've discovered the gym in the intervening years, building themselves up into buff and beefy examples of manhood, it's all you can do to keep from asking them to flex for you! and because you haven't seen them in years, you can question them at length about their training, transformation, motivation and ask the question all weight trainers dread: so, how much you bench? all you want to do is talk about how freaking amazing they look now. and you know what? they love it! that's all they want to talk about, too! at least i hope so.
lets hear it for unexpected muscle! i'd love to hear about your encounters with unexpected muscle.

before and after
This cutie has gone from lanky to beefy. it's a shame the after picture doesn't have the same smile as the before. you'd think that having gone from normal to muscle man, you wouldn't be able to wipe the smile off his face.
I love before and after shots. They are so much fun. It's great to be able to compare the before him with the after him. His arms are like twice as big. His shoulders are like cannon balls. His neck is thicker. His chest and deeper. It's the same guy, but he's transformed. He's gone from cutie to muscle stud.
Progression shots, pictures taken at various stages as a guy gets progressively bigger and more muscular, are even better. It's like being able to see somebody transform from geek to god in front of your eyes.
Take for instance this guy, who's documented his growth with these pictures. Not only has his posing improved from first to last, but his body had transformed from positively gangly to out and out ripped muscle stud.
The transformation is just amazing in both cases. Being able to see both the starting point and the end point lets us appreciate the magnitude of the change. For me, muscles are that much more exciting when you consider that they actually grew. The bigger the guy is, the more his muscles had to grow to get to where he is. The guy used to be smaller. Now he's bigger. That's just sexy. Not only is he bigger, his muscles are firmer with better shape.
When the little guys are transformed into big and beefy muscle men, they've taken control of their bodies and made themselves into something they weren't before. They have literally made themselves, built their bodies, muscled up. That dedication and control combined with the change and their increased size and strength is very powerful. It's about the sexiest thing imaginable.

nice chest
this is a morph of a noted bodybuilder/fitness model, whose name escapes me at the moment. check out the pecs. now, if that isn't a great chest, i don't know what is. if the young man in my previous post keeps up his training, he could achieve a chest like this. wouldn't that be hot?
is it the shirt?
i earlier wrote about how the right shirt can make a buff guy look even better. in this case, i don't think the shirt has anything to do with it. those pecs would make pretty much any shirt look good. hell, who even noticed the shirt?
granted, it is apparent that this guy is flexing his pecs, you'd never get striations like his without flexing. none the less, this guy's chest is amazing. they are big and heavy, dense with muscle projecting out over his abs. i love the over-development of his chest. just look at those slabs of meat in comparison to his arms. he's really achieved something admirable, to me anyway.
can you imagine those pecs being bounced? oof.

a good shirt is a hard thing to find
sometimes a good shirt is all it takes to make a beefy guy look magnificent.
take, for instance, this handsome lad. he would turn heads and possibly stop traffic in street clothes that "fit". but in this wonderfully undersized polo shirt, he is such a stunner. good color for his skin and hair and just tight enough so that his pecs look like they need their very own zip code. his arms fill out the sleeves perfectly.
then, with a grin, he flexes those big arms and POW! a mountainous biceps stretches those same sleeves to the very limit! look at how his biceps are clearly defined, even under the sleeve's fabric. the slightly worn and tattered hem on the sleeve suggests that his muscles are so big the shirt can barely contain them.
sometimes, i see a guy with what appears to be a great build and i think, damn, if only i could see him without a shirt. other times, like with this guy, i just think, damn, he is one hot muscleman. the shirt is both tight enough to let me clearly see the bulging contours of his muscles, and modest enough not to shock polite society or scare the horses. lol.

big arms; really big arms
This post is directly related to two of my particular muscle fetishes: big biceps and over developed muscle groups. this guy is a fantastic example of both. his biceps arent' just big, they are huge!
i don't know his name, but i understand that he is a german. his arms are amazingly big. the picture here, to the left, of him standing up next to other competitive bodybuilders tells the whole story.
look at his biceps in comparison to the guy on his left. his arms are easily twice as big. in fact, his arms are easily twice as big as any other competitor's arms on that stage. first, really big arms are just hot by themselves. second, seeing his arms in comparison to other guys who have really big arms, and seeing just how much bigger his guns are than their's is even hotter. he is generally larger than the other competitors, but his arms just make the other big guys look small. wow.
this detail shot is tremendous. his arms look to be as big as his head! and they are still hard and defined. it's not fat making up that mass. i think that his physique is pretty amazing. those guns of his are magnificent. i'm guessing, but it appears that one of his arms may be roughly half the size of his waist or possibly larger.
as much as i enjoy seeing this guy posing and flexing those freaky arms, i'd love to see pictures of those arms relaxed. there's something really sexy about really big muscles at rest. i'd also like to see pictures of him wearing a t-shirt or tank top. big muscles just busting out of clothing is also hot. it not only shows off muscle size, it alows a mental comparison with "normal" muscle. [that shirt wouldn't be anywhere near that tight on another guy.]
what's really great about this guy's muscle size is that he isn't just big because he's taller than the others. he is tall, but his overall size is consistent with his height...for a bodybuilder. he isn't just big because he's a bodybuilder. the rest of his body is pretty much what you'd expect from a competitive bodybuilder. his arms are over developed. beautifully so. many bodybuilders, especially beginners and intermediates, concentrate on their arms and end up with somewhat over developed biceps. but they rarely achieve size and proportions like this fellow. he has obviously concentrated on building his biceps beyond what would be dictated by symmetry and proportion.
that's sexy.

fantasies
i'm not sure who this monster is, but he resembles an ex of mine in the face. sadly, my ex never had a bod like this.
but he had started working out really seriously just before we broke up. he hired a personal trainer and made noticeable progress in a fairly short period of time. i know he continued to work out for at least a year or more after we broke up.
before we broke up, i recall really enjoying his transformation as his muscles firmed up, he started to lean out and then started to get bigger. the whole time he was getting stronger. it was damn hot.
i also recall being told about six months after we broke up by a mutual friend, who was serious about his own training and had pretty high standards, that he had seen my ex and was really impressed by how buff he was getting. another friend also mentioned that my ex had been hitting the gym pretty hard and making real progress.
ah! how frustrating! my long held fantasy of the guy i found sexier than any other working out to build up his muscles to get big, buff and strong was actually coming true, only we weren't together anymore! the tease of the noticeable changes i had experienced only whet my appetite for even greater changes that i could only imagine. how big was he now? how strong was he now?
i haven't seen him in years. i hear thru the grape vine that he's not working out seriously anymore. it's a shame. he was hot before he started working out and i can only think that if he'd kept it up, he'd look like this guy. and this guy is amazing. every time i scan thru the muscle pix i've saved, my heart skips a beat when i see this one. the lost potential!

more muscle
ahhh, this is a damn nice physique. ullyses williams is his name. he has one of the finest physiques around. tiny waist, huge arms, amazing chest, phenomenal abs...and his legs are stoked as well.
what would he look like, though, if his pecs were even bigger? if he packed, say 6 or 8 pounds of muscle onto his chest, over developing his pecs into mountains of power and strength, wouldn't that be hot?
i used to try a little photo manipulation myself and concocted some muscle morphs. they weren't very good, but gave me great pleasure. a shot like this just seems to beg for morphing.

a news report profiling kobayashi with gym shots showing his muscle in tanktops:

you'll have to cut and paste...i'm having problems getting the link to function...and don't even talk to me about embeding the video!
it's worth it!

kobayashi lifts
takeru kobayashi, the competitive eater, is serious about lifting iron as well as dumplings. this picture is the most recent picture of the buff eating champ that i have found.
the picture is a bit dark, but it appears that he is deadlifting somewhere around 600 pounds. not bad considering he competes as an eater at around 160 pounds of bodyweight.
EDIT: a closer look at the photo in a photo editing program shows that he has a 50kg, six what look like 45 pounder's and, i think, a 25 pound plate on each side. if he's using a standard 45 pound bar, i think that means he's lifting 855 pounds! even if my math or interpretations are off, he's lifting somewhere between 600 and 855 pounds. for a guy of only 160 to 165 pounds, that is freaking amazing and sexy as hell.
in this shot, his chest and traps are just stunning in their size and density. his legs are also pretty sturdy looking.
if my estimate of the weight he's lifting is anywhere near correct, he is dead lifting 30% more weight than i ever did when i was training seriously...and i was 3" taller and 45 pounds heavier then than he is now. the STRENGTH and POWER this muscle man has, packed into such a ripped and compact package is just amazing to me. it's seriously hot...fabulously sexy to see that kind of muscle and power on a smaller guy.
EDIT: if my revised estimate of the weight he's lifting is correct, he is lifting almost twice what i was ever capable of dead lifting in my very best shape. just the thought of a shorter guy, whom i outweigh by 40 or 45 pounds of muscle being THAT much stronger than me...almost double my strength is so hot! what would it be like to wrestle with him or arm wrestle him? he could just toy with me like a cat with a mouse...only the mouse would have all the strength!
i'll keep scowering the net for pictures of this hottest of muscle men.
the picture is a bit dark, but it appears that he is deadlifting somewhere around 600 pounds. not bad considering he competes as an eater at around 160 pounds of bodyweight.
EDIT: a closer look at the photo in a photo editing program shows that he has a 50kg, six what look like 45 pounder's and, i think, a 25 pound plate on each side. if he's using a standard 45 pound bar, i think that means he's lifting 855 pounds! even if my math or interpretations are off, he's lifting somewhere between 600 and 855 pounds. for a guy of only 160 to 165 pounds, that is freaking amazing and sexy as hell.
in this shot, his chest and traps are just stunning in their size and density. his legs are also pretty sturdy looking.

three beefy guys
this is such a hot picture. three really beefy guys, graduated in height with different physical attributes. they're all muscular, but different.
the guy in the middle looks the buffest to me. he's got mass. his body is thick with muscle and his arms look ever so slightly too large for the rest of him. i'd bet that he's the alpha male in this group, the leader of the pack.
the taller guy is buff, but his build is more proportional. he looks more conventionally athletic than the other guys. his height is an advantage to his overall look.
the shorter guy looks like he's a relative newcomer to the muscle game. his chest however, looks pretty darned impressive; certainly out of proportion to his arms. i bet if he flashed his pecs he'd get some beads from both his buddies.
personally, i prefer the two shorter guys. there is something more interesting to me about a shorter guy with muscle than a taller guy with muscle. the little guys are compensating for a lack of height by building up muscle. that acknowledgement, however unconscious, of an apparent inadequacy, however real or imagined, is critical.
the smaller guys have something to prove, to the world or themselves. they want to enlarge their presense in the world. they want to be seen and respected. they want the world to see how big and strong they are. they want to be able to dominate bigger men through both the intimidation factor of big muscles, and thru shear strength if it comes to that.

more about morphs
this is another of my favorite "morphs". elijah wood never looked so good as he does in this image.
why do i like these kinds of morphs so much? where the head of a normal, cute guy is transposed onto the body of a beefy muscle man?
i've seen the original picture. the guy whose body this is is actually pretty cute, and his body is smokin'. but when you put elijah wood's head on his body, daaaaamn, now that's hot!
i'm not crazy about all celebrity morphs, though. guys who are already somewhat beefy, or have an "image" of strength about them, put their heads on a bodybuilder body and i'm not so impressed.
but put the head of a little guy on a muscle man's bod and i'm all over it.

muscle morphs
this was the first muscle "morph" i ever saw on the internet. it looks fairly amateurish to me now, but back when i first saw it.... let's just say that this image featured in many of my dreams.
i'd never SEEN a picture of a guy with this kind of outsized muscle before. he didn't look like any bodybuilder i'd ever seen. he was even better! just the thought of a guy with arms so over developed compared to the rest of him....
whew. the idea still gets me hot.
i enjoy a skillful morph. they tap into the fantasy aspect of the muscle growth fascination. if they're well done, they give you pause, is that real? it's hot. oh, it's a morph.
for a fleeting moment, the possibility of really freakish muscle is real. i like that.

daryl gee and statistics
daryl gee. short, ripped, muscular guy who likes to show it off. what more can a guy want?
this guy is just a beast. if only his waist and hips were a bit more narrow. then he would have the kind of exaggerated physique that i dream about; like a human morph.
i have, for several years, kept a data base of muscle. in the excel spread sheet, i've noted the stats of men of varying muscularity. height, weight, chest, waist, quads, arms, calves, neck and fore arms. those are the basic numbers. not many of my entries have numbers for all those measures. for some reason calves, neck and fore arms aren't very popular to measure.
but then i have other numbers i've calculated that i find interesting. the first is the least esoteric: the drop. the drop is the difference between the chest dimension and the waist dimension. for example if you have a 40 inch chest and a 32 inch waist, you have an 8 inch drop. the drop is a number tailors use. it determines if a shirt is regular cut or athletic cut. generally a 10 inch or greater drop is considered "athletic".
another number i've tracked is weight in pounds per inch of height. it allows me to compare more readily a tall muscle guy with a short muscle guy. for instance, if a guy is 6 feet tall [72 inches] and weighs 200 pounds, 200 divided by 72 = 2.77 pounds per inch of height. if a guy who is 5'-6" [66 inches] and weighs 190 pounds, 190 divided by 66 = 2.87 pounds per inch. the shorter guy would be, though lighter, more muscular, assuming they had the same bodyfat levels.
another number i've tracked is the difference between the waist size and the arm. the bigger the arm is and the smaller the waist is, the bigger that number is. for example, if a guy has a 32 inch waist and 16 inch arms, the number is 16. but if the guy has a 34 inch waist and 20 inch arms, the number is 14. this is one of the ways i track that exaggeration factor i'm so weird about.
i've also calculated the relative size of men's chests to their height by percentage. like if you're 6 feet tall [72 inches] with a 48 inch chest, your chest is 66.66% of your height. if you're 5'-6" tall [66 inches] with a 46 inch chest, your chest is 69.69% of your height.
there are roughtly 125 different men in my data base. most are professional or amateur bodybuilders. the pro's generally have pound per inch numbers in the 3.3 to 4.6 range [4.6 is sean allan]. the amateurs generally have pound per inch numbers in the 2.8 to 3.5 range. the physique/fitness models/porn stars generally have pound per inch numbers in the 2.4 to 2.8 range.
who said math was dull?

my ideal body
once, a long time ago, i trained as a bodybuilder. in my very best shape ever, i had a reasonably muscular physique.
i'm 5'-9" tall. in my best shape ever,
i was 176 pounds,
with a 33" waist.
a 44" chest
with 16" arms
and 25" quads
at about 8% bodyfat.
at my biggest and fittest,
i was 205 pounds,
with a 34" waist,
a 47" chest
with 17-1/2" arms
and 26" quads
at about 12% bodyfat.
most guys would be satisfied with either of those builds. i never was. i wanted to achieve the "three L's: large, lean and limber". i was never large enough or lean enough. and we won't talk about the limber.
i like a physique with exaggerated proportions. i think for most people into bodybuilding, that's true. bodybuilding is all about exaggerating the body's muscle size. but what i mean, is extreme exaggeration.
the body i was shooting for, the body i really wanted would have been more like this:
225 pounds
32" waist,
50" chest
19" arms
27" thighs
at around 10% bodyfat.
never got there.
when i dream about the body i want, this is what i want:
same height, 5'-9" is good.
weight? i don't know. whatever it takes to achieve this:
26" waist,
50" chest
28" thighs
20" arms
at around 6% bodyfat.
that's imposible.
now, years later, with my body limited by injuries and having not worked out in years, we won't talk about my current condition. but i find myself thinking about getting back into the gym and working out again. other than losing the weight i've gained and generally getting closer to "fit", i fantasize about training to exaggerate one or more muscle group.
a couple years ago i went back to the gym with the same idea and i tried to focus my training on my arms. i wanted big ass biceps. i wanted biceps that would be "too big" for my body. that didn't last too long. turns out i have tendon issues in my left fore arm and the arm training only made them worse. that was so discouraging, i stopped going to the gym.
so, here i am on the verge of returning to the gym. in addition to dropping some pounds, for the sake of my heart and my back, not to mention my appearance, i want to train some muscle group to exaggeration. which one?
let's consider the alternatives:
arms: given the ongoing tendon issues, no can do.
chest: possible. i'd love massive muscle pecs protruding from my chest like a shelf. i do have old injuries to both shoulders, however, that would limit my chest work.
shoulders: unlikely. the shoulder injuries just won't allow it.
abs: possible. i'd love a cobbled, washboard stomach, but is that exaggerated? and lets face it, they aren't great "show" muscles.
back: possible. a dramatic "V-taper" would rock. but again, not a great "show" muscles.
quads: possible. i just think tom platz or paul demayo. i'd love great tree trunk thighs. but i have bone spurs in both knees. that could limit my training.
calves: possible. i used to fantasize about having calves so big that they'd press against one another when i put my feet together. not a great "show" muscle, but imagine the gasps and stares when i wore shorts.
there is also the possibility of training to create the illusion of exaggeration. i mean bodybuilding is all about minimizing your short comings and maximizing your positives. for instance, if i worked my chest and my abs, presumably my shrinking waist and growing pecs would make my pecs look even bigger. similarly with quads and abs.
at the moment i'm tending toward working both my chest and my abs for that reason. but if my old shoulder injuries start acting up, i'm thinking i may focus all my attention on my calves.
i really don't know.
once i've moved house and am closer to the gym and my money has sorted itself out, i'll set back to the gym and we'll see what happens.

takeru kobayashi
takeru kobayashi is the world champion hot dog eater...he's won the nathan's hot dog eating contest for 6 straight years now.
doesn't look like a trencherman, does he.
he's 5'-7" tall and weighed in at 160 pounds. the picture on the top shows him this year. the picture on the bottom shows him last year. hard to tell, but his arms look bigger this year.
i love a short, ripped, muscle man that likes to show off! and this guy will flex at the drop of a hot dog. or pork bun.
first post
this is to be a forum for me to exercise my muscle obsession. i'll write about my own desires and progress [if any] in the gym, post pictures i like and post bits and pieces of my own muscle fiction.
